A technical director oversees the entire project from a technical viewpoint. They take information from you, the client, and then work up the technical specifications of the event. This would include: Video systems; Computer support; Audio systems; Lighting systems; Staging equipment (Scaffolding, drape, risers, etc...); Labor requirements; and more. Coordination with the hotel can be established if you so wish. This would include a hotel letter describing the technical needs the group would require from the venue. The list would consist of: Coordination of truck unloading and loading; any catering needs the crew may have; security; rigging if needed; electrical needs; etc... Let Pro Systems handle the details, so you can handle the business of the meeting. |
